Using SnapScan & Dropbox to archive & digitize documents.

I’ve put together a short video that shows how I digitize and archive all my paper documents now.  I’m hoping to have time to review each of the products in the movie(SnapScan S510M, DropBox) but this video shows how powerful they are when combined.

One thing you can do if you’re paranoid with your sensitive files is create an encrypted sparsebundle and drop it inside your DropBox. (You can use Disk Utility for this).

That way you have a password-protected encrypted drive that you can access from any Mac.
